THE WAY SHOWS SEX TO BE HAPPY

Having sex every day or as often as possible does not make the couple happier. The survey conducted by the University of Toronto Mississauga in 2015 found that the frequency of sex once a week is the most make the couple happy!

The facts arranged in the infographic form by the Happify app also highlight how the sex life in general can affect the happiness of the couple (the respondents involved are aged between 25-59 years). For example:

Generally have sex two or three times a month, whether they are married or not. The majority of people (96 percent) assume that sex will be more satisfying when there is an emotional connection between couples.

The frequency of sex in married couples is more frequent than those who are not married. According to the National Survey of Sexual Health and Behavior (one of the most comprehensive studies on sex life, 25 percent of married couples have sex 2-3 times a week, and only 5 percent of unmarried couples have sex as often.

The most surprising fact, the frequency of having sex more often does not guarantee the couple is happier.

To prove the theory that 'the frequency of frequent sex can increase happiness', the researchers asked married couples to double the frequency of their sexual relations for three months. However, researchers found that it did not improve the respondents' happiness. Researchers suspect, increased frequency even reduce sexual pleasure and the desire to make love.

Frequency of sex once a week was enough for many couples. In fact, those who have sex on average once a week are the happiest. According to the researchers, although maintaining intimacy with the couple is very important, but having sex once a week is enough to protect the bond.

Interestingly, 57 percent of people who are unhappy relationships still find their partner very attractive.
